The Apprenticeship

A seasonal, land-rooted leadership training for women becoming anchors of ritual, resilience, and community where they live.

This Apprenticeship is a seasonal training for women who feel called to lead - not through hierarchy or hustle, but through land-tending, ritual-making, community weaving, and relational maturity.

It is for women who are ready to become cultural anchors in their homes, neighborhoods, and bioregions as the world continues to shift and unravel.

This is a 9-month, seasonal, bioregional leadership apprenticeship that teaches women how to:

• Lead circles and gatherings in their community
• Design meaningful ritual and ceremony
• Root into land and seasonal rhythms
• Build local community and belonging that lasts
• Cultivate emotional steadiness and leadership presence
• Hold conflict and repair with maturity
• Strengthen bioregional resilience
• Become a responsible cultural leader in uncertain times

It is leadership training for women who want to be able to hold themselves, their families, and their communities through the times ahead.

If you feel the tug toward deeper leadership, toward gathering others, toward tending the hearth not just as a parent or partner but as a steward of culture, this apprenticeship was designed for you.

I'm planning to run this apprenticeship from September–December 2026, allow for rest through winter, and resume in March–May 2027. It will follow the rhythm of the land, not the grind of the industrial calendar.

This apprenticeship is for you if you:

• Feel called to gather women in meaningful ways
• Want to lead with depth, maturity, and integrity
• Desire to live in alignment with land and season
• Sense the unraveling of modern systems
• Want to build local, place-based community
• Crave a grounded ritual practice
• Want to become a cultural anchor in your home and bioregion
• Are ready for embodied practice, not just inspiration and social media memes

This apprenticeship is not a fit if you are seeking:

• Quick answers or shortcuts
• Guru-led hierarchy
• Body dissociated hustling
• Performance spirituality
• Therapy or crisis support
• Aesthetic ritual without depth
• The look of community without responsibility

Enrollment for the first cohort opens this summer (once I am ready to come back from maternity leave).

This is the beginning of a new chapter in my work - one rooted in land, lineage, ritual, and the rebuilding of local culture.
